Another great read by Weston Parker. I really loved the characters Lacie and Nolan. They are interesting, well-developed and have chemistry. The story is interesting, well-written with a happily ever after. In addition to receiving an arc, I purchased the book for my collection.
Another absolute hit from this author. It’s not like I would’ve expected anything less than amazing from him, but he truly knocked this one out of the park. Billionaire hotel owner and single dad needs a someone to take over his right hand mans role. He wasn’t expecting a sassy, strong, won’t take your bullsh*t executive assistant who can put him in his place. Through in a crazy ex wife who uses their daughter only to get money, and you have a fantastic story!! Seriously a must read!!
Let’s face it, we all know how this book will end but the true joy is in the journey- and I honestly enjoyed Lacie and Nolan’s journey to find love. Though neither were looking for it, it found them....
I sympathized with Nolan and the events surrounding his divorce. He is a noble father who always put his daughter first. I loved that he did not want his duties delegated to an assistant. Karina was a very loveable and very observant child who obviously needed a mother...of course she would reach out to Lacie. Lacie is very family oriented and down to earth. She is honest sometimes to a fault.
Lacie’s character did frustrate me at times and there were instances when I wanted to tell her “just hush and listen, you’ll learn more that way”. However, Lacie wants to know all there is to know in the hospitality business and who better to learn from than her boss and CEO of the company. That being said, she learns more from him than just business and it’s an education both of them are not prepared for and at first, not sure they can handle.
Follow You Anywhere had some great ups and downs and made me tear up a few times, but overall an incredible story! It successfully balances tenderness, pain, anger and most of all LOVE!
P.S. Would love to see a spin off of Alec’s character and his journey to find true love...as much as he would fight it! 😉
Oh I just loved Nolan and Lacie story and I can't forget about little Karina!! Nolan was so good to Lacie!! He loved his daughter so much he only wanted what was best for them both!! I would recommend this book to anyone!
